Deze set herbruikbare kompressen is een must have voor iedere EHBO-koffer. De hot en coldpacks zijn in veel verschillende situaties te gebruiken. Bijvoorbeeld na een sportblessure, kneuzing of als warmtekussen bij kramp of menstruatiepijn. Op de compressen is de gebruiksaanwijzing te vinden zodat je de gel packs ook in een eventuele noodgeval snel en adequaat kunt gebruiken. Om het hot cold pack te koelen is 2 uur in de koelkast of vriezer genoeg. Om de hot pack warm te maken, leg je hem in warm water (max. 80°C). Opmerking: Gebruik nooit een beschadigd kompres!
